Delivery of orders from Seduce — fast, reliable, confidential

Orders are shipped the next business day after confirmation by the online store manager. Delivery is carried out by transport companies with which we cooperate (see below). Delivery is paid by the client, and its cost is calculated according to the tariffs of transport companies.

The number of the consignment note (TTN) is communicated to the client after shipment. At the moment we work with the following transport companies:

Our store guarantees that our products are free from manufacturing defects. After receiving your order, we recommend that you check the product for integrity and serviceability. It is not necessary to do this directly in front of the courier or postal worker - take the parcel home and inspect it in a calm, comfortable environment.

Immediately upon picking up the product from the transport company, check the integrity of the packaging and record any damage, if any. The online store is not responsible for possible damage during transportation.

Please note: the inspection must be carried out on the day of receipt. If you notice any defect or damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery - and we will promptly resolve the situation.

After arriving at the final warehouse, your parcel will wait for you for 7 days, then the order is returned to our warehouse.
