Return and Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of confidentiality, hygiene and quality of each product. That is why the return and exchange of products is regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Important to know

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 03/19/1994, intimate products (including lubricants, gels, care products, underwear, adult products, etc.) are not subject to return or exchange after purchase. This rule protects both the buyer and the seller - because it guarantees that you receive only a new, unused product.

Exceptions - sex toys with a factory defect!

The only exception is the return or exchange of sex toys if a factory defect is detected on the day of receiving the order. In this case, we accept the product back and replace it with a new analogue.

To issue a return in this case, follow the following conditions:

• The product was not used;
• The original packaging has been preserved (if it can be opened without damage);
• The defect has been recorded by photo or video recording on the day of receipt of the order;
• The consignment note (TTN) from Nova Poshta or another carrier has been preserved.

How to check the product for defects?

We understand that some products may be hermetically packaged. In this case, it is allowed to carefully open the packaging, if possible without destroying it. It is important not to damage the elements that indicate the novelty of the product - this confirms that it has not been used.

If the packaging is completely hermetic (for example, vacuum or with a protective seal), the inspection should be carried out visually, without completely unpacking. All defects must be obvious without putting the product into operation.

In which cases is a return impossible?

• If the product has been used;
• If the packaging is damaged without the possibility of returning it to its presentable condition;
• If the consignment note or evidence of defects has not been preserved;
• If the request is received later than 24 hours after receiving the goods.

If the goods have been used or show signs of use, a return or exchange is not possible. This rule guarantees that each of our customers receives only new, unused products, which is especially important for intimate goods.
